TERMS & COnditions!

A 50% non-refundable down payment is required to secure your slot. If not paid on time, the slot may be delayed or canceled. The remaining balance must be settled before final delivery (installment plans must be approved). Unpaid tasks after delivery will incur a ₱10/day late fee until cleared.
Deadlines 3 days or less are considered RUSH and require full payment upfront. Additional fees may apply based on complexity, urgency, and workload.
Provide clear and complete details. False, incomplete, or misleading instructions may cause delays or added charges.
Respectful communication is expected. Rude or unprofessional behavior, as well as ghosting the commissioner (failing to reply or acknowledge updates/payments), will result in refusal of service and may lead to permanent banning.
No cancellations once work has started. Refunds are not issued unless approved for unforeseen valid reasons.
One free revision is included if feedback is given within 8–12 hours of delivery. No feedback = no free revision. Late or additional requests will be charged. Standard revisions are processed within 3-5 days, unless rush fees are applied. Revisions are carefully reviewed for quality and scheduled alongside other projects to keep the workflow fair.
Payment methods and account details are strictly confidential and must only be used for payment purposes. Any form of leaking, sharing, or misuse of account details will result in permanent banning from future transactions.
For smoother workflow, do not indicate your original/final deadline.
Always provide an earlier deadline to allow sufficient time for revisions and adjustments.
Missing details can cause delays or additional charges if clarifications are needed.

Payments – Secure payments are required before file release. For installment arrangements, balances must be cleared before final delivery.

But for the team behind Sikap, quality can’t be rushed.Standard revisions are processed within 3 to 5 days, while bigger projects follow the timeline agreed upon at the start which is usually 5 to 7 working days. It’s not because edits are ignored—it’s because revisions require more than a quick patch-up. Every comment or request has to be weighed against the original task, the flow of the work, and the technical details that hold it together.Just like in architectural plans, even the smallest change can shift the entire structure. A tweak in tone, a minor adjustment in data, or a slight reframe in structure can ripple through the entire output. That’s why each revision undergoes a careful review, refinement, and final check before it’s sent back.Revisions are also balanced alongside ongoing projects. This keeps the workflow fair for everyone, ensuring no client is left behind. Unless a rush fee is applied, revisions will follow the standard 3 to 5 days window.Rush revisions may be requested, but they require approval and come with a minimal fee.The goal is simple: to deliver outputs that aren’t just fast, but polished, thoughtful, and reliable.
